It's frustrating when other folks mistakes hold you up.......It sounds like life as usual! I'm working on getting the still pic's to you so you can dream about your family, friends and animals. Remember take one day at a time. If your lower back is hurting lay on your stomach and put your forarms on the bed below your shoulders. Push up slightly until it eases the pain. This really helps my back when it gets sore. Got an email from Dan White...he has lost 51 lbs. by walking and watching his eating...... I'll send an email with the pics sometime day. I have to fit it in between work. This whole routine sounds like what you went through when you got to Basic. Re member how they made you all sit around for two weeks and do nothing (so you could get out of shape, so they could whip you back into shape???) It probably seemed easier because you were several years younger and had been working at an active job - not riding herd on a computer!! Glad to hear you are walking though - helps relieve the boredom in addition to being good exercise. Speaking of which, I need to get back to the gym - It's hard to get inspired sometimes. Love you Hon!! Mom posted by: newbie (reply) post date: 05.04.04 (2:09 pm) glad I was able to talk with ya today! I miss you lots!! My mom and Ed send hugs! Talk to you soon!! |
