But who knows. Early voting came in as a dead tie 49% to 49% As for what will change for the military... I honestly don't think Kerry has any REAL plan for Iraq. So he'll prolly just ride it out which is basically what Bush looks like he's going to do at this point. I don't see either of them commiting another 100,000 troops to the effort to get Iraq ironed out quickly and I don't see either of them withdrawing quickly. Afghanistan might be different. My guess is that ole Kerry might pump some more troops into the region if he wins to "renew the hunt" for Osama there and in the surrounding area. Bush might do that also though what with Osama sticking his head out for us.
