Violence in the workplace

Today our crazy T.O. decided once again that being nice and not yelling was not to be a trend. So after he started yelling, he demanded CPT Stegen 'show him where it says that in the message'. Stegen pointed to the paper, kept very calm while he was receiving direct fire from T.O. Then WHAM!! T.O. threw a highlighter at him and demanded he highlight the portion of the message.


How adult!


After T.O. went to his meeting we discussed the show.  We're trying to get Stegen to yell "OW!" and fall on the floor and say he has to go to sick call the next time T.O. throws something!

Hi Kendra,
Well along with election day returns and Bush winning I got my new grandson. He is 9lbs5oz and 20 3/4 inches long. Super healthy and his name is Campbell Arick Steven Henderson. I got to see him being born. Jamie too! One of my dem. girls said what a sad day to have a grandson on and I told her not since he was born into a rep. family. Thank God!!! Hope you are good, it sounds like it if you are dealing with highliter throwers? Love and Kisses FGM

This guy is a fruit cake....there must be something else going on with him.

Hope the Cpt. knows not to get goaded into something with this guy. He is dangerous.

I guess it is better to dodge highlighters that bullets.

I can't believe this guy would do this in front of the troops.....leadership...is not something your born with it has to be developed but can be fleeting as common sense.
