This is one of the problems of the IRR and this new system of small, quickly activated units. There's no sense of commuity (AKA - giving a crap about the other guy) ... You do by nature, but your SSG obviously doesn't. All you can do, as you are, is try to intervene and make things as good as they can be. Guess you'll have to wait for your reward in "the great beyond" 'cause this guy isn't going to give anybody anything! You can vent all you want when you are home!!! Only 3 minutes early? thats an eternity to me. Im lucky to be 3 seconds early. If they wanted you there at 10 till then they should say that instead of telling you x time and expecting you to be there early anyways :(.
